Beginning Monday, August 29th at 7:00 a.m., Franklin Street between 7th Street and LaSalle Street will be closed to thru traffic. East bound traffic will be detoured south on 7th Street to Scott Street to LaSalle Street. On-street parking will be limited on Scott Street and LaSalle Street. West bound traffic will be detoured north on 10th Street to McIndoe Street to 7th Street. The closure is due to repairs to the railroad tracks and is anticipated to last until Thursday, September 1st. This work schedule is dependent upon the weather.
