The Wausau Community Development Authority (“Wausau CDA”) is seeking qualified developers to rehabilitate Riverview Towers, 149 units of public housing located at 500 Grand Avenue, Wausau, WI. The developer to be selected must have experience with public housing, the WHEDA tax credit application process, mixed-finance and mixed-income housing development and is encouraged to offer creative development options.

The Wausau CDA will accept proposals at any time up until the submission deadline of 4:00 p.m. (four o’clock) central standard time on January, 14, 2011. A minimum of 15 copies of the proposal is required.
