The City of Wausau has prepared Tax Increment District Number Three Project Plan Amendment Three. The purpose of this plan amendment is to make expenditures on projects within a radius of one-half mile outside of the existing project boundaries. The City wishes to make expenditures totaling $702,500 on the River Edge Parkway.
The plan will be considered by the Joint Review Board at 8:00AM on July 14th and the Plan Commission at 5:00PM on July 20th.
