Billing and Administrative Office
The Wausau Water Works billing and administrative office is located on the first floor of City Hall at 407 Grant Street. Office Hours are 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The Billing and Administrative Department is responsible for all billing functions for over 16,000 accounts, along with customer inquiries and other administrative duties.
Wausau Water Works is managed by a five person commission which meets the first Tuesday of each month. Meetings are open to the public, however agenda items need to be submitted two weeks prior to each meeting.
Credit Card Payments may be made through Official Payments Corporation. You may call 1-800-272-9829 Jurisdiction Code 5813 or through the internet.
Payments can be made electronically through your checking or savings accounts. Payments are deducted on the 20th of the month in which the bill is due. Signing up is simple, complete the authorization form and return to our office.
