Metro Ride

July 19, 2018

Metro Ride will provide shuttle bus service between the Balloon Rally/Rib Fest event held at the Wausau Downtown Airport and the Chalk Fest event held on the 400 Block in downtown Wausau.  The route will be open to the general public and free of charge to all riders.  Buses will pick up and drop off at both event locations and at marked bus stops along the route (about every other block).  Buses will run approximately every 20 minutes.  All buses will be ADA accessible and equipped to carry two bicycles.

Anyone who lives along the shuttle route or finds a parking spot nearby is encouraged to ride the bus to these very popular community events!
