• In 2008, the Department responded to 1,437 fire calls.
• In 2009, the Department responded to 1,285 fire calls.
• In 2010, the Department responded to 1,333 fire calls.

• In 2008, the Department responded to 4,617 requests for Emergency Medical Services.
• In 2009, the Department responded to 4,074 requests for Emergency Medical Services.
• In 2010, the Department responded to 4,161 requests for Emergency Medical Services.
